These are opportunities to move from primary to secondary and tertiary processing,\u201d he affirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The minister particularly stressed the need to further develop the local chocolate industry. \u201cToday, we are cocoa grinders.
