The <em><u>site access<\/u><\/em>\u00a0requires prior registration as an importer, exporter or freight forwarder.<\/p><p>The information to be provided is as follows:<\/p><ul><li>Exporter Code (or the Occasional Exporter Code).<\/li><li>Name and address of Declaran.<\/li><li>Information on the invoice (name of the receiver, HS code of the goods, quantity, amount invoiced \u2026).<\/li><li>Name of the bank (in C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire) involved in the transaction.<\/li><li>The Invoice.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content exad-tab-image-has-no  exad-tab-image-right\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content-element\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content-description\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d17c79c exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d17c79c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\"><h5>Customs declaration<\/h5><p>List of documents to be given to the freight forwarder to make the Customs Export Declaration:<\/p><ul><li>Exporter Code.<\/li><li>The Original Invoice.<\/li><li>The Export Certificate (if the value is more than ten (10) million FCFA), via the GUCE and can be done by the forwarder.<\/li><li>The Exchange Commitment via the GUCE and can be made by the forwarder.<\/li><li>The Certificate of Origin (EUR1 or UEMOA\/ECOWAS or Form A) (see General Export Procedures tab on the website).<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content exad-tab-image-has-no  exad-tab-image-right\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content-element\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content-description\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d17c79c exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d17c79c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\"><h5>Phytosanitary Certificate<\/h5><p>The Phytosanitary Certificate is issued after shipment by sea and immediately for air transport\u00a0<\/p><p>Procedure<\/p><p>At least 24 hours before loading or stuffing the fruit (both at the stuffing station and at the port), the forwarder must submit a Control Request (CR) for the products to one of the 39 stations of the Plant Protection, Control and Quality Directorate (DPVCQ). Customs declaration List of documents to be given to the freight forwarder to make the Customs Export Declaration: Exporter Code. The Original Invoice. The Export Certificate (if the value is more than ten (10) million FCFA), via the GUCE and can be done by the forwarder. The Exchange Commitment via the GUCE and can be made by the forwarder. The Certificate of Origin (EUR1 or UEMOA\/ECOWAS or Form A) (see General Export Procedures tab on the website). Phytosanitary Certificate The Phytosanitary Certificate is issued after shipment by sea and immediately for air transport\u00a0 Procedure At least 24 hours before loading or stuffing the fruit (both at the stuffing station and at the port), the forwarder must submit a Control Request (CR) for the products to one of the 39 stations of the Plant Protection, Control and Quality Directorate (DPVCQ). The Control Request includes: A Request for Phytosanitary Control in three (3) copies [Cf. fiche de demande de Contr\u00f4le Phytosanitaire]. A Certificate of Fumigation. A copy of the Export Approval. Payment of the Phytosanitary Inspection Control, i.e. 0.3 F CFA \/ Kg \u2013\u00a0See .Inter-ministerial Order N\u00b0 005 of 30 December\u00a02016. The DPVCQ carries out a survey and takes samples, checks and analyzes the products.If the inspection is satisfactory, the DPVCQ then issues a Docking Authorization (AMQ) and issues an Inspection Report.The validity of fruit control is ten (10) days while the validity of QMA is 3 days.The DPVCQ also monitors shipments (conventional fruit) or stuffing (in containers) and issues a Boarding or Potting Report.
