(<strong>The costs remain the responsibility of the operator)<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content exad-tab-image-has-no  exad-tab-image-right\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content-element\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content-description\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d17c79c exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d17c79c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\"><h5>Obligations after export<\/h5><p><strong>After export, <\/strong>a copy of the supporting documents for the export is sent to the Mining Administration, in particular:<\/p><ul><li>The Non-Negotiable Bill of Lading.<\/li><li>The Export Certificate approved by the domiciliary bank.<\/li><li>The Certificate of Origin signed by the Directorate General of Customs (DGD).<\/li><li>The Customs Declaration.<\/li><\/ul><p>The operating company also provides the Mining Administration with the documents issued by the handler, <strong>indicating the tonnages of ore shipped.<\/strong><br \/><strong>No more than ten (10) days after the loading and departure of the vessel, the approved verification body <\/strong>shall communicate to the Mines Administration the <strong>results of its verification <\/strong>of the grades and moisture content of the exported ore.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content exad-tab-image-has-no  exad-tab-image-right\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content-element\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"exad-advance-tab-content-description\">\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d17c79c exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d17c79c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\"><h5>Customs Declaration<\/h5><p>List of documents to be given to the freight forwarder to make the <strong>Customs Export Declaration:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The Exporter Code.<\/li><li>The Original Invoice.<\/li><li>The Export Certificate, via the GUCE (can be done by the forwarder).<\/li><li>The Exchange Commitment, via the GUCE (can be done by the forwarder).<\/li><li>The Certificate of Origin (EUR1 or UEMOA\/ECOWAS or Form A) if required.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>TO BE NOTED<\/strong><br \/><strong>Beyond a value exceeding ten (10) million FCFA, exports to non-UEMOA countries <\/strong>are subject<strong> to domiciliation with an approved intermediary. <\/strong>\u2013\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pwic.gouv.ci\/documents\/11439\/30935\/UEMOA-Reglement-2010-09-relations-financieres-exterieures-Annexe.pdf\/9f6aa738-2190-4790-b1a9-20bab0074849?version=1.0\"><em>See.
