The Minister of Trade, Industry, and Handicrafts, Kalil Konaté, was awarded the rank of Commander of the Order of Merit of the Public Service on Friday, June 26, 2026, during the closing ceremony of the 6th National Public Service Days (JNSP), organized by the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Modernization.
This distinction was bestowed upon him by the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Robert Beugré Mambé, in recognition of his contribution to strengthening the Ivorian public service. The Minister Delegate for Technical Education, Jean-Louis Moulot, was also awarded the rank of Commander of the Order of Merit of the Public Service.
The ceremony took place in the presence of several members of the Government, including the Minister of State, Minister of Public Service and Administrative Modernization, Anne Désirée Ouloto Lamizana, as well as numerous high-ranking officials, including regional prefects and several distinguished recipients recognized for their service to the State.Under the theme “Together, let’s build a citizen-friendly public service,” the 6th National Public Service Days, held from June 23 to 26, 2026, promoted the values of excellence, accessibility, and modernization of public administration in service to citizens.
