On Thursday, June 18, 2026, the OGP Technical Committee (CT-OGP) held the final follow-up workshop for the 2024-2026 National Action Plan (PAN5) with commitment leaders. Twenty-five participants attended, including members of the CT-OGP, the ten (10) commitment leaders, and the OGP technical team.

Chaired by Ms. Chantal ANGOUA, Technical Advisor to the Minister of Trade, Industry, and Handicrafts, and Chair of the CT-OGP, this activity provided an opportunity to gather feedback from the commitment leaders on the progress of their commitments as PAN5 draws to a close.

Following this meeting, it emerged that some commitments have been fully implemented, while most remain substantial or limited. Recommendations were therefore formulated to ensure the acceptable implementation of these commitments.

Based on the results presented, the Chairperson congratulated those whose commitments had been completed. She also urged the remaining partners to continue implementing their commitments in order to achieve a more significant outcome for Côte d’Ivoire, for which the final self-assessment report for the implementation of the PAN 5 is pending.

For your information, Côte d’Ivoire must, for this year, develop and submit to the international bodies of the Open Government Partnership, two major deliverables: the National Self-Assessment Report which will cover the period 2024-2026 (NAP 5) and the 6th Action Plan which will cover the period 2026-2028

It is worth recalling that the Open Government Partnership (OGP) is an initiative that aims to promote transparency in the management of public affairs, the fight against corruption, access to information, and citizen participation through the use of information and communication technologies, with a view to strengthening the quality of governance in a spirit of collaboration between the public administration, state institutions, local authorities, civil society organizations, the private sector, and the media.
